You must manage, support, and maintain Front Office and Middle Office systems, along with their associated interfaces, to ensure reliable operations and alignment with business objectives.
You are expected to provide day-to-day application and infrastructure support, including system administration, preventive maintenance, and operational monitoring to maintain high system availability.
You must investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues promptly to minimize business impact and ensure service continuity.
You are expected to maintain effective communication and coordination with team members, business users, project teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
You must proactively monitor system health and adopt preventive measures to achieve and maintain system availability targets.
You are expected to ensure supported applications and their internal and external interfaces are properly integrated and comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.
You must support project delivery and change implementation activities while ensuring the stability and availability of existing production environments.
You are expected to deliver system enhancements and changes across front, middle, and back office platforms in accordance with agreed service levels and business requirements.
You must collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality IT services and timely delivery of operational and project initiatives.
You are expected to ensure audit findings and compliance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
You must participate in periodic system exercises, disaster recovery activities, and other technology initiatives in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
You are expected to comply with change management processes and ensure adherence to internal IT frameworks, policies, and regulatory standards.
You must provide technical guidance and support to team members while assisting management in driving operational excellence and capability development.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience in application support, infrastructure support, or technology operations.
Strong experience supporting and administering applications in Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux (RHEL 8.x) environments.
Hands-on experience managing technologies such as .NET, Java, HTML5, MSMQ, Microsoft Clustering, Apache NiFi, Apache Tomcat, Storm, and IIS.
Experience supporting and administering MSSQL or MySQL databases.
Good understanding of web services, API integration, web applications, and mobile technologies.
Experience in project delivery, change implementation, and production support within enterprise environments.
Knowledge of software development, networking, and infrastructure technologies is an advantage.
Experience supporting trading platforms and user administration activities is preferred.
Exposure to the banking, capital markets, or stockbroking industry is an advantage.
