Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead the delivery of small to mid-sized IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met.
• Assist in requirements gathering and documentation, including business needs, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Work with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Support system implementation activities, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand Java-based applications and AWS Cloud environments, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
• Maintain clear and consistent project documentation and communication updates.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 1–3 years of experience in IT projects, system implementation, or technology-related roles.
• Familiarity with Java applications or development environments.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, or similar).
• Strong communication, management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in banking or financial services projects.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, or cloud-based applications.
• Entry-level certifications (e.g., Scrum, AWS Cloud Practitioner).
