We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to support enterprise testing initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across projects.
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and testing schedules.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting using JIRA.
• Ensure testing deliverables are completed within project timelines.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and release activities.
• Drive testing best practices and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence (Mandatory).
• Experience managing testing teams and project testing activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of software testing lifecycle, defect management, and reporting.
• Experience with Tosca and Selenium is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Contract Duration: 6–12 Months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
