Position: HR & Admin Intern
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting and interview scheduling.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and personnel data management.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and company events.
- Manage filing, document control, and office administration tasks.
- Handle general administrative duties and provide support to various departments.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM600.00 - RM900.00 per month
