Main Job Scope
1. Online Store Management
- Manage products on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and company websites.
- Upload new products, descriptions, prices, and images.
- Monitor stock availability and product listings.
2. Order Processing
- Track and process customer orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Handle returns, refunds, and order issues.
3. Digital Marketing
- Run promotions, vouchers, and flash sales.
- Manage online advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate social media and email marketing activities.
4. Sales Performance Analysis
- Monitor sales trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze product performance and customer behavior.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports.
5. Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Manage reviews and feedback.
6. Marketplace Operations
- Participate in platform campaigns (e.g., 6.6, 11.11, 12.12 sales).
- Optimize product rankings using keywords and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
