Operations Performance Analytics

•          Review, analyze and interpret business data andinformation 

•          Perform analysis of data and present findings todraw new insights for business growth and competitiveness

•          Propose optimal solutions for gaps identified byexamining operations and procedures and simulate new scenarios

•          Collaborate with internal stakeholders tounderstand business needs and analyse findings for business decisions

•          Contribute and drive continuous processimprovement initiatives to meet business needs

Competitive Analytics

•          Identify and collect appropriate customers,competitor, market, data from publicly available sources to better understandour competitors

•          Translate data into executable and effectivemarket and intelligence reports, presentations, dashboards

•          Provides market and competitive insights throughpresentations and reports to the leadership team to allow effective strategicdecision-making and implementation
