Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for customer service engineers and clients, delivering prompt and effective support.
• Conduct hands-on software testing and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
• Contribute to defining and refining system performance specifications for advanced handler solutions.
• Lead customer-specific projects end-to-end, from planning through documentation, with direct impact on real-world applications.
• Develop and distribute technical guides and training materials to build capability across teams and customers.
• Actively participate in product development by providing feedback and insights.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in an Engineering discipline with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid foundation in semiconductor machine equipment and familiarity with industry-standard tools and processes.
• Practical experience in semiconductor device manufacturing and quality control.
• Proficient in troubleshooting PC hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Experience diagnosing servo systems, electrical components, and devices such as sensors, relays, and temperature controllers is an advantage.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, or Excel macros is a plus.
• Exposure to optical inspection equipment used in semiconductor environments is beneficial.
• Must be willing to travel internationally and collaborate with cross-functional teams based in Singapore.
