Job responsibilities：

• Prepare weekly and monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS), optimizing the use of available resources and coordinate with related department.
• Issue Work Order (WO) daily, weekly and monthly in SAP based on customer Purchased Order requirement and commit shipment against required date. Every daily, weekly and monthly monitor and ensure Production follow strictly to the MPS / schedule and to close WO within the targeted time line.
• Work with engineering for ECN and deviations as well as QA on quality issue the affected production planning.
• Weekly update the LEAN project improvement to meet the score ‘4’ Y2024 (Demand management module).
• Work on continuous process improvement – QW and GB project.
• Prepare required reports for management review – Backflush, F2F, GM and weekly meeting report.
• A Production Planner works alongside a Production Manager, ensuring the production process can run smoothly. The Planner may report potential production plans and methods to the manager and seek approval.
• Advanced communication abilities and computer knowledge when technology is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to optimize production efficiency without any hiccups along the way – recovery plan on the backlog build plan (daily).
• Responsible for scheduling the usage of production materials to ensure optimal levels. The Planner must evaluate suppliers or quality timeliness and match according to goals. They also monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage that may arise.
• Update waterfall chart OPO /demand order to track the pull/push trend

Job Requirement :-

• Diploma or Degree in any related field
• 2-3 years experience in planner position
• Experience in production planning or material planning experience , good planning knowledge and proactive follow up skill requires .
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in written and spoken English, BM, Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with mandarin-speaking customer.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
