• Supervise and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and fast-track project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with multiple subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of M&E works in a high-paced environment.
• Monitor site progress aggressively to meet tight timelines, particularly for critical systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and ELV systems.
• Ensure proper sequencing and integration of M&E works with civil and structural activities to avoid delays and rework.
• Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Lead and resolve technical coordination issues on-site, especially clashes and installation constraints.
• Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., TNB, BOMBA, SPAN, DOSH) for inspections, testing, and timely approvals.
• Oversee testing & commissioning activities, ensuring all systems meet operational and performance requirements (critical for data centre readiness).
• Enforce strict QA/QC and safety standards in line with project and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report progress, identify risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions to keep works on schedule.
• Maintain proper documentation including reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to ensure efficiency and cost control in a fast-track environment.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM6,700.00 per month
