Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, for a Learning and Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored training programs, coordinating employee development initiatives, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. This role involves executing HR strategies, monitoring the effectiveness of training programs, and supporting the development of leadership programs for staff at all levels.
