  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate repair, maintenance, retrofit, and overhaul projects.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Monitor project progress and address operational challenges to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with vessel owners, ship managers, shipyards, and subcontractors
