JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory coordination, billing administration and customer service support. The role ensures timely processing of warehouse documentation, smooth coordination with customers and internal departments, and accurate maintenance of inventory and operational records.
KEY RESPONBILITIES
Perform data entry and related functions in customer and internal Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Coordinate with customers and internal departments on warehouse and inventory-related matters
Ensure all paperwork, system updates and filing are completed accurately and within required timelines
Plan, monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate and updated inventory records in the system
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support smooth operational activities
Maintain proper filing and documentation for warehouse and inventory activities
Assist in resolving operational and shipment-related issues
Support inventory reconciliation and stock monitoring activities when require
Perform any other duties assigned by Superior
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Business Administration or related field
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant administrative or warehouse coordination experience
Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control and billing processes preferred
Experience using WMS systems will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred
