Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping, cutting) for pastry production
Portion and pack pastry and meals according to standards
Assist in preparing and packing pastry and tea break items
Conduct pre-cooking checks and ensure proper labelling and FIFO storage
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow clean-as-you-go practices
Operate equipment safely and comply with food safety and hygiene SOPs
6 days work week including both weekends, Public holidays
