Reporting to the Site/Operations Manager, the Operations Management Associate will be deployed to support day-to-day operational functions at assigned client locations. This role provides hands-on exposure to operations management, compliance, and coordination across various environments.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the Site/Operations Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations at assigned locations
- Uphold and enforce company policies, as well as ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for on-site personnel, clients, and service providers
- Conduct routine operational checks, including hygiene, safety, and inventory monitoring where applicable
- Perform periodic audits (e.g. cash handling, documentation, or operational compliance)
- Assist in coordination of service workflows, including order handling or operational processes where required
- Maintain overall standards of site presentation, cleanliness, and staff professionalism
- Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers for operational support
- Identify areas for improvement and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related discipline
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (based on deployment needs)
- Well-groomed with a professional and approachable attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable handling basic audit tasks (e.g. cash, inventory, or compliance checks)
