Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for a Visual Content Designer & Creator. The candidate will design and create engaging visual content aligned with content strategies, manage content initiatives, and ensure consistent branding. Responsibilities include conducting research, developing creative content solutions, and collaborating across teams for effective communication. While primarily office-based, some work-from-home flexibility is included.

Create social media graphics and marketing campaigns

Design content for Rapid Physiocare, Rapid Pilates, and RAPIDÉ

Produce Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn content

Photography and videography for events and campaigns

Support founder branding and thought leadership content

Work closely with our marketing and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years experience in graphic design and content creation

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and AI tools

Strong photography and video editing skills

Creative thinker with excellent visual storytelling ability

Interest in health, fitness, wellness, and performance

Bonus Skills

Motion graphics

Copywriting

Social media marketing
