Rightmen Security Services is seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our team in our downtown Tanjong Pagar office. As an operation executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our security services operations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a range of excellent employee benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the daily operations of our security services, including deployment of guards, incident response, and coordination with clients

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency and service delivery

• Managing and supervising a team of security officers, providing training, guidance and performance feedback

• Liaising with clients to understand their security requirements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Preparing operational reports and analysing data to identify areas for improvement

• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies

• Supporting the senior management team in strategic decision-making and business development initiatives

What we're looking for

• GCE 'O' or 'A' Levels, or a Diploma in any field. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and employees

• Thorough understanding of security industry regulations and best practices

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work on weekends and public holidays if needed

• A valid PLRD license is required.
