We’re Hiring: Senior Manager / Vice President – Transaction Advisory

Are you a seasoned transaction professional who thrives on structuring complex deals and driving them to successful close?

We’re looking for a Senior Manager / Vice President to take ownership of high‑impact transactions, working closely with senior clients, decision‑makers, and multidisciplinary advisors. This is a hands‑on role for someone who combines strong execution skills with sound commercial judgement—and enjoys mentoring others along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Structure and execute complex M&A, divestment, fundraising, and structured financing transactions
• Own end‑to‑end transaction execution, from deal structuring to completion
• Lead financial modelling and transaction analysis; challenge assumptions and stress outcomes
• Act as a trusted day‑to‑day advisor to clients and key stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage legal, tax, financial, and technical advisors
• Support negotiations on critical commercial and financial terms
• Identify and mitigate transaction risks; ensure governance and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to deal origination, pitches, and market‑driven ideas
• Coach analysts and associates, raising execution standards across the team

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Professional qualification (CFA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage
• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate advisory
• Proven track record leading complex transactions end‑to‑end
• Strong financial modelling and structuring expertise
• Sound understanding of Malaysian regulatory, tax, and accounting frameworks
• Commercially astute, confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders
• Hands‑on, resilient, and able to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
