岗位职责

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support marine, offshore, shipbuilding, and repair projects.
  2. Source and procure marine equipment, vessel spare parts, steel, piping, electrical, and mechanical materials.
  3. Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
  4. Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and subcontractors.
  6. Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and delivery.
  7. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to vessels, shipyards, and project sites.
  8. Coordinate with project, engineering, operations, and warehouse teams to meet project requirements.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of critical materials and spare parts.
  10. Manage logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and transportation of procured goods.
  11. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations.
  12. Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain approved vendor lists to ensure quality and reliability.
  13. Prepare procurement budgets, cost reports, and management reports for review and approval.
  14. Support emergency and urgent procurement requirements to minimize operational downtime.
  15. Lead, supervise, and mentor procurement team members to achieve departmental objectives and continuous improvement.
