Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Replicate data pipelines for real-time and batch data replication.
• Manage and monitor Qlik Replicate servers, including upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot data replication issues, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems.
• Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL programs and support data integration projects.
• Support data migration, cloud modernization, and analytics initiatives.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data availability.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Create technical documentation and implement automation for operational processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate (Attunity Replicate).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and data replication concepts (CDC, Full Load, Incremental Load).
• Experience with Qlik Enterprise Manager and Qlik Compose.
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting and Hadoop (Cloudera).
• Experience with Talend ETL and CI/CD is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
