Description and Requirements
Business Analysis & Requirements
Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation
Create functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for developers
System Analysis & Design
Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
Assist in system architecture design and data modeling
Support integration planning between systems (e.g., iCombo, iCasualty, DS & DVIS)
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), System Requirements Specifications (SRS)
Maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases
Generate status reports and presentation materials for management
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop test plans and test cases based on requirements
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document defects
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise between business users, development teams (including offshore centers), and vendors
Facilitate requirement review sessions and walkthroughs
Support PR (Problem Report) management and trend analysis
