Are you passionate about architectural coordination and thrive in a dynamic project environment We're looking for a Design Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of high-quality building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate design meetings with internal teams and external consultants to align project objectives.
• Review and manage architectural drawings, specifications, and related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all design outputs comply with project standards, relevant codes, and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing design deliverables, project schedules, and milestone timelines.
• Monitor design progress and track critical deadlines, ensuring timely submissions and issue resolution.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide support to the Project Architect or Design Manager in delivering coordinated and buildable design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural or design management roles, preferably within the construction or building industry.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
