Responsibilities:
- Research in vision perception algorithms like 3D vision, VLM/VLA, Word Model, bad weather perception,
- Research, design, and implement advanced perception algorithms in one or more of the following areas:
- 3D vision (stereo vision, structure-from-motion, SLAM, LiDAR-camera fusion, depth estimation)
- Vision-Language Models (VLMs) / Vision-Language Alignment (VLA)
- World models for robotics and autonomous driving perception & prediction
- Perception robustness under adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, fog, low-light, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sensor fusion, planning, and control to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Publish research findings, file patents, and keep track of cutting-edge academic and industrial progress in the field.
- Contribute to scalable deployment of algorithms on embedded platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on computer vision, machine learning, or robotics perception, fresh PhD graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- 3D vision (stereo, SLAM, depth estimation, LiDAR-camera fusion)
- Vision-Language Models (VLMs) / Vision-Language Alignment (VLA)
- World models (representation learning, dynamics modeling, prediction for autonomous agents)
- Adverse weather perception (domain adaptation, sensor fusion, image enhancement, etc.)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Solid publication record in top-tier conferences/journals (CVPR, ICCV, ICRA, NeurIPS, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Experience in autonomous driving (ADAS) or robotics platforms.
- Familiarity with real-time system optimization and deployment on embedded/edge hardware (GPU, TPU, NPU, ASIC, etc.).
- Knowledge of multimodal perception and sensor fusion.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation mindset.
