Key Responsibilities
• Support the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining HR and administrative documents, both in physical and digital formats.
• Provide basic IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and assisting with software installations.
• Assist in maintaining office inventory, including tracking equipment and ensuring sufficient stock levels for office needs.
• Support data entry tasks, document formatting, and file organization to ensure efficient record-keeping processes.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews, preparing interview rooms, and corresponding with candidates.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 months of internship period.
• Candidate must be able to communicate well in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding performance during the internship may be considered for a permanent staff position.
