What You'll Do:
Design and develop robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system architecture

Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
Drive technical innovation and improvements within the team

What We're Looking For:
10+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring Boot
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Experience with database management systems (SQL/NoSQL)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) is a plus
