Core Responsibilities

• Financial & Regulatory Reporting: Manage month-end/year-end closures, compile financial statements (US GAAP / IFRS / GAAP), and submit required filings.
• Capital & Liquidity Management: Monitor regulatory capital requirements, risk-based capital ratios, and asset/fund performance for regulated entities.
• Audit & Tax Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external audits and tax preparation.
• Control & Governance: Maintain and improve internal control frameworks, validate valuation data, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with front-office, middle-office, investors, and global finance teams to support new fund launches or structural changes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA designation is highly preferred
• Experience: 8+ years of accounting or finance experience within financial services, hedge funds, or public accounting
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of financial instruments (derivatives, equities, fixed income), GAAP, and capital adequacy metrics
• Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and high proficiency in Excel and financial management software
