岗位职责

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement
  • Manage the full RFQ process, including BOM review, quotation preparation, pricing analysis, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams
  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and service quality
  • Monitor program progress to ensure timelines, costs and deliverables are met
  • Proactively identify risks, supply constraints, operational issues and implement corrective actions
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues related to delivery and commercial impact
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, program management or commercial operations
  • Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry is preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, pricing strategies and cost analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
