Job Summary

Handle international freight forwarding and logistics operations, including shipment processing, documentation, and stock management in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Import/Export shipment
• Apply knowledge of incoterms and international freight terms to ensure compliance and smooth shipment handling
• Generate Quotations
• Issue Purchase Orders
• Receive stock and generate Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) to ensure accurate inventory records
• Issue Delivery Orders
• Monitor stock levels regularly to maintain optimal inventory and prevent shortages

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in freight forwarding and shipment operations
• Good knowledge of incoterms and international freight terms
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin

• Office working environment (not warehouse)
• 5 days works (Monday to Friday)
