About the Role

As an Application Engineer, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge handler technology and customers - solving real problems, shaping product direction, and doing it on a global stage.

What You'll Do

• Be the go-to technical expert for customer service engineers and clients — fast, sharp, and solutions-first
• Own hands-on software testing and troubleshooting to build reliable, high-performance systems
• Define and refine system performance specs for next-generation handler solutions
• Lead customer-specific projects end-to-end — from planning to delivery to documentation
• Create technical guides and training materials that level up everyone around you
• Feed your insights directly into product evolution — your voice shapes what we build next

What You Bring

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering; 3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on familiarity with semiconductor equipment, device manufacturing, and QC processes
• Solid PC hardware and Windows troubleshooting instincts
• Exposure to servo systems, sensors, relays, or temperature controllers is a bonus
• Any programming experience (C++, C#, Python, Excel Macro) - Built something? Tell us about it
• Familiarity with optical inspection equipment in semiconductor environments is a plus
• Clear, confident communicator in English
• Open to international travel and cross-functional collaboration across global teams
