We Looking for the that king of person
1. Staff management
1) Help hire, train, and supervise waiters, kitchen helpers, and restaurant staff
2) Make staff schedules and manage shifts
3) Handle performance issues and discipline when needed.
2. Customer service
1) Handle customer complaints or special requests
2) Make sure guests are satisfied with service and food quality.
3) Step in during busy hours to support floor operations
3. Daily operations
1) Open and close the restaurant
2) Check cleanliness hygiene and safety standards
3) Monitor table turnover and service flow
4. Inventory and order
1) Help track food , drinks and supplies
2) Assist with ordering stock and reducing waste
5. Cash and reports
1) Assist with daily sales reports and cash handing
2) Support POS system checks and closing reports.
