Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

1) Over all planning for quality department

2) Ensuring that the Quality System of the company is documented and implemented effectively to meet the IS

9001 QMS and arrange internal and External audit.

3) Controls all the documents throughout the company

4) Responsible for initiate and closure of Non-Conformance Report and Corrective and Preventive Action Repor

5) Making sure each equipment are calibrated on due time

6) Liaise with customer on all customer complaints and feedbacks

7) Able to Handle OR knowledge about various type of measuring instruments like Smart scope & CMM

8) Support inspection if necessary

9) Able to read technical drawings and deep knowledge about GD&T

10) Liaise with vendors on all quality requirements.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠NTC/ITC in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Quality Assurance Engineering Experience in PRECISION ENGINEERING industry

Able to use software applications like MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and AutoCAD

•⁠ ⁠At least 4 years relevant experience Experience in measuring sheet metal and precision machined componentS
