           Job Description

·      We are seeking a highly motivated Data Integration Analyst to support the sourcing, transformation, analysis, and visualization of data from multiple sources to drive business insights and decision-making. 

·      The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data integration tools, strong SQL and scripting skills, and a passion for transforming complex datasets into meaningful analytics and actionable insights. 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources to support business and operational objectives. Extract, cleanse, normalize, and transform data for reporting, analytics, and visualization purposes. 

·      Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and workflows using Talend and related tools. 

·      Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, data models, and data transformation processes. 

·      Create compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI and analytics platforms.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. 

·      Support data lifecycle management activities, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability. 

·      Work closely with data engineering teams to optimize data warehouse structures and data supply chains. 

·      Prepare regular status updates and provide analytical recommendations to support decision-making. 

·      Maintain documentation, process standards, and automation within the assigned area of responsibility. 

·      Ensure compliance with security, governance, service management, and operational standards. 

·      Contribute innovative ideas and best practices for data engineering, analytics, and reporting initiatives. 

·      Participate in Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies as required. 

Required Skills & Experience 

·      5-8 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Integration, or Business Intelligence. 

·      Hands-on experience with Talend for data integration and ETL processes. 

·      Strong proficiency in SQL for developing and maintaining complex queries and data pipelines. 

·      Experience with Python, R, or similar scripting languages for data analysis and workflow automation. 

·      Experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools. 

·      Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 

·      Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. 

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

Preferred Skills 

·      Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Cloudera, or similar environments. 

·      Knowledge of data warehousing, database development, and data pipeline design. 

·      Exposure to statistical analysis, predictive analytics, machine learning, or data science concepts. 

·      Experience with one or more analytics and reporting platforms: Tableau Qlik MicroStrategy Informatica Talend Microsoft Power BI SAS IBM Analytics
