RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with customers as per given KPIs; making outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn to potential customers, and channeling leads to Business Development Managers (BDM) and Channel Managers.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing basic technical info & explanations as required.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining, reports, database of current and potential customers whilst updating a log of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow up required.
- Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management & productivity, maintaining a workspace that is clean, organized, and professional.
- Support the regional team by attending customer demo's, trade shows, partner events (if required).
