The Communications & Operations Coordinator supports Redhill's internal communications, social media activities, knowledge management, and administrative operations. This role works closely with various teams across the Group to ensure corporate content, internal communications, and operational processes are maintained effectively and accurately.


Key Responsibilities


Corporate Communications & Social Media

  • Support the management of Redhill's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, focusing on company culture, employee engagement activities, festive celebrations, and corporate updates.
  • Assist in maintaining a monthly social media content calendar with guidance from relevant stakeholders.
  • Draft social media copy and coordinate content approvals.
  • Work with the Creative Team on design requirements and content assets.
  • Support the scheduling and publishing of social media content.
  • Contribute to achieving a target of approximately one post per week.


Knowledge Management

  • Support the collection, organisation, and uploading of case studies to Redhill's intranet and internal databases.
  • Maintain and update case study records and content repositories.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure information is submitted on time.


Internal Communications

  • Assist in compiling and editing content for Redhill's internal newsletter.
  • Coordinate approval processes with HR and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support newsletter distribution through Mailchimp and other communication platforms.


Administration & IT Coordination

  • Maintain and update local credentials decks, presentations, and case study materials.
  • Coordinate with the IT team on onboarding, offboarding, and equipment allocation.
  • Assist in maintaining records related to company assets and equipment.


Corporate Information Management

  • Maintain and update employee biographies and other corporate information across the Group.
  • Ensure internal databases and company information remain accurate and up to date.


Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support for operational initiatives and internal projects.
  • Assist with ad hoc coordination and administrative tasks as required.
  • Support cross-functional teams with day-to-day operational requirements.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
