ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with product owners, frontend and backend developers, UX/UI engineers in a scrum team.
• Understand functions and features of products from end user’s perspective. Identify and escalate issues of immature design and incomplete understanding.
• Plan test activities and derive test cases for new features and impacted features.
• Perform manual and automation testing, report bugs and create test reports. Access the readiness of new releases.
• Handle user feedbacks, do issues analysis and troubleshooting to optimise test cases and improve app quality.
• Prepare mobile Apps documents, e.g. troubleshooting document, user manual, etc.
• Be able to work on multiple projects with clear sense of priority and meet project schedule.

• At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar field.
• Passionate about quality with QA ownership and user driven mindset.
• Hands-on experience in Mobile apps/web/APIs testing etc.
• Must have working experience to JIRA or related tools.
• Experience working in/familiarity with an Agile environment.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• (Plus Point) Coding experience with automation framework and automation tools.
