Job responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored AI solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Arros AI products and services to existing clients.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure timely delivery of projects and resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Job requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
