Operations Management Trainee
HQ Location: 120 Robinson Road, #15-01 JustCo, Singapore 068906
Warehouse Location: 2 Kim Chuan Drive #08-04, CSI Distribution Centre, Singapore 537080

Working Arrangement: 5 Working Days (Weekdays) | 9AM - 6PM

Coverage: Multiple outlets across SingaporeRole Overview

The Operations Management Trainee (Ops MT) will be exposed to end-to-end outlet operations and HQ-level management functions. This role is designed to groom future operations leaders through structured hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Outlet Operations Management

• Oversee daily operational activities across outlets in Singapore
• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and service consistency
• Monitor outlet performance and implement improvement plans

2. Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with other departments
• Ensure smooth communication between HQ and outlet teams
• Align operational activities with company objectives

3. Service Quality & Customer Satisfaction

• Drive service excellence initiatives
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Handle service recovery and continuous improvement processes

4. Leadership & Strategy Development

• Support and guide Outlet Managers
• Assist in developing and executing operational strategies
• Participate in business planning and performance review

5. Procurement & Warehousing (HQ Level)

• Manage procurement of raw materials
• Oversee stock planning and warehousing operations
• Ensure cost control and supply continuity

6. Additional Duties

• Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in the laundry industry is preferred
• Positive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Self-driven and proactive in problem-solving

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Class 3 Driving Licence (Required)
