What are we looking for?

A IT Support Technician / Desktop Support Technician to join our team, working for a major client.

Work location: Toa Payoh Singapore - Onsite

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Experience with Microsoft Intune is required for this type of project.

Advanced English level is mandatory.

¿What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform imaging, configuration, and setup of IT equipment according to the client’s standards.
• Execute device migration and onboarding tasks to the corporate platform.
• Manage device configuration, enrollment, and administration through Microsoft Intune.
• Verify proper functioning of hardware, software, and security policies applied to devices.
• Provide technical support during device implementation and migration processes.
• Document completed tasks and report project progress and incidents.
• Coordinate activities with local and international teams when required.

¿What do we need?

• That you have:
• Previous experience as an IT Support Technician, Desktop Support Technician, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in device imaging, deployment, and migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and configuration.
• Advanced English level, with the ability to communicate fluently and understand technical documentation.
• Availability to work 100% onsite.
• Semi Senior profile with autonomy to perform technical tasks and resolve medium-complexity incidents.
