岗位职责
Admin executive provides daily support in all office administration activities which includes office management, purchase groceries and office equipment, ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | We provide a unique platform to grow together.
Assisting the HR department in recruiting activities such as onboarding candidates, preparing laptop, access card and stationery.
Assisting the HR department in scheduling, coordinating, and executing training and other office events.
Assisting the HR department to monitor all the staffs’ daily attendance.
Liaise with internal and external agencies/suppliers for smooth administrative functioning.
Carry out general office support, documentation, and some paper works.
Order necessary office supplies.
Managing staffs’ claims.
Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the direct superior.
KEY REQUIREMENTS | Passion at the core of everything we do.
At least Certificate or Diploma holder in any field.
Minimum 2 years and above experience in similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good team player with a problem-solving attitude.
Meeting deadlines and keeping updating to the direct superior.
Discretion with confidential information.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (Speak, Read & Write)
