Position: Coordinator for Engineering Department
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator for Engineering Department. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating departmental activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and departmental schedules
Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries professionally
Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required
Support interdepartmental communication and coordination
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or equivalent is an advantage
Previous administrative or coordination experience is preferred but not mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Responsible, reliable, and service-minded
