Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct orientation for new joiner
• Conduct exit Interview for resigning employees
• Prepare renewal of site staff contract
• Handle expatriates and foreign worker issue
• Handle disciplinary issue
• Handle staff insurance claim
• Handle casual wages salary (non-payroll)
• Handle blue collars recruitment
• Verified site petty cash claims
• Prepare payroll documents to submit to HQ payroll team for payroll calculation
• Verified site attendance (QTMS & Kong Cards)
• Manage and answer staff questions/ concerns related to HR
• Print site staff payslip
• Maintain site documentation, including project records, permits, and correspondence
• Handle site office administration such as filing, data entry, and report preparation
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers for operational requirements
• Monitor and manage site inventory, equipment records, and office supplies
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
• Process attendance, leave applications, and other timekeeping records
• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, memos, and notices
• Assist in organizing staff training, orientations, and welfare activities
• Provide clerical support in HR operations to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Any ad-hoc requested by the management
