Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 technical support for mobile application security solutions and customer implementations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native applications.
• Analyze application logs, crash reports, network traces, and system behavior to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Work directly with customer development teams to support solution integration, implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, scripts, utilities, and code fixes to validate technical solutions and improve issue resolution efficiency.
• Execute compatibility testing across different mobile devices, operating systems, and application environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Document investigations, troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions in a clear and structured manner.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, implementation guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.
• Identify recurring issues, feature gaps, and product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and technical investigations.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, and customer meetings when required.
• Stay updated on mobile application development technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Software Development, Mobile Application Development, Application Support, Solutions Engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong hands-on coding and debugging experience in Java, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, or React Native.
• Experience handling L2 and L3 technical issues, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution in production environments.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, REST APIs, SDK integrations, and client-server communication.
• Ability to analyze application logs, crash reports, stack traces, and technical diagnostics to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Experience working with Android Studio, Xcode, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile debugging tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of mobile application security concepts such as Application Shielding, Anti-Tampering, Code Obfuscation, Fraud Prevention, and Secure Coding Practices is preferred.
• Experience working directly with customer development or engineering teams is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Ideal candidates are Junior to Mid-Level Developers with a strong technical foundation, a developer-first mindset, and an interest in mobile technologies and cybersecurity.
