Job Description:

1. Provide remote operational support to overseas business units, focusing on channel sales support and order management.

2. Manage the full lifecycle of project Purchase Orders (POs), from quotation to order fulfillment.

3. Work closely with overseas sales teams and channel partners to respond to project inquiries and provide product, component, and configuration recommendations.

4. Follow up on contract and PO review processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals.

5. Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to develop optimal product configuration solutions based on customer requirements and supply availability.

6. Maintain accurate project records and ensure smooth execution of internal order processes.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in tendering, sales operations, order management, product configuration, or technical support are preferred.
