- Data entry & record keeping: Maintain accurate files, databases, and documentation (digital or paper).
- Clerical support: Prepare reports , forms, and correspondence (emails, letters, memos).
- Office organization: File documents, manage records, and ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff/tenant.
- Scheduling & coordination: Arrange appointments with tenant.
- Front desk duties (if applicable): Greet visitors and provide basic assistance.
- Mail handling: Sort, distribute, and send incoming/outgoing mail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
