Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and staff files
- Handle attendance, leave, and overtime records
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding
- Prepare HR-related letters and documents including offer letters, warning letters, and confirmation letters
- Manage payroll and documentation related to EPF, SOCSO & PCB
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR matters
- Ensure all employee data and documents are updated and properly maintained
- Assist with general office administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR/Admin is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
