岗位职责
Job responsibility:
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu devices.
•Work with IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Administration and Networking.
•Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
•Maintain and manage IT assets and equipment.
•Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
Requirement:
•Available for a part-time internship (at least 3 days per week) for a minimum duration of 6 months
•Basic experience in deploying enterprise desktops (Windows, Ubuntu, macOS) and related software (e.g., antivirus, Adobe, Microsoft 365).
•Basic knowledge of mobile device setup (iOS/Android), including email and business applications.
•Familiarity with any programming language is an advantage.
•Curious, proactive, and willing to explore innovative solutions.
•Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
•Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and service-oriented mindset.
•Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
•Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
•Polytechnic Diploma or relevant professional qualification preferred
