Role

In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of project plans by monitoring daily progress, maintaining essential control systems, and coordinating stakeholder meetings to ensure efficient task management and data accuracy.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Monitor project plan execution
• Daily monitoring of progress
• Maintain and update project control system and tracking
• Coordination project meetings

About You

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Administration, Project Management or related field

Experience: Any experience with data entry or slide preparation will be added advantage

Competencies:

• Strong coordination skills.
• Proficiency with software tools including Excel and Google Sheets, is essential.
• Familiarity with project control system will be an added advantage.

Personal Attributes:

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple task efficiently.
• Adherence to strict confidentiality protocols and data security measures.
