About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator to join our team at BY CHEFIZA SDN BHD'. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, high-quality content across a variety of digital platforms to support the company's marketing and communications objectives. This is a full-time position based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise, create and curate compelling written, visual and multimedia content to support the company's marketing and communications strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop content that resonates with the target audience
• Manage the company's social media channels, including planning, scheduling and analysing post performance
• Produce high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, video scripts and social media posts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing
• Continuously optimise content based on performance data and user feedback
• Provide support and guidance to other team members on content-related tasks

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role in a marketing or communications environment
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms
• Proficient in using content creation and social media management tools
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• A creative mindset and an eye for visual design
• Familiarity with content performance analytics and a data-driven approach to content optimisation
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation
