Job Summary & Description

The Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging digital content for Klinik IR across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other marketing channels. This role involves producing high-quality photos, videos, graphics, and written content to increase brand awareness, educate the public on healthcare topics, promote clinic services, and drive patient engagement.

The Content Creator will work closely with doctors and clinic management to develop creative marketing campaigns, execute content strategies, monitor social media performance, and ensure all content aligns with Klinik IR's branding and healthcare advertising guidelines. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, skilled in content production and editing, and passionate about storytelling through digital media.

Tasks and Duties

Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Develop creative ideas for healthcare-related campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Produce educational, informative, and entertaining content aligned with the clinic's branding.
  • Write captions, scripts, and copywriting for social media posts.

Photography & Videography

  • Capture photos and videos within the clinic.
  • Record doctors, staff, procedures, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Conduct simple interviews and testimonials with patients (with consent).

Video Editing

  • Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, music, and visual effects.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content according to the monthly content calendar.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and escalate medical-related questions to the clinic team.

Marketing & Branding

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Track content performance and provide monthly reports.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain content library and media files.
  • Coordinate with doctors and management for content planning.
  • Assist with marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements/Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Proficient in Canva.
  • Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing software.
  • Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads and Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
  • Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Creative and able to generate content ideas independently.
  • Comfortable appearing in videos when required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
