We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Web) to join a mission-critical technology program supporting enterprise and government-grade environments.

e Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 P

About the Rol

eAs a Senior Software Engineer (Web), you will partner with engineering teams and stakeholders to improve development productivity, system resiliency, and platform adoption through modern engineering practices and scalable web technologies

.You will play a key role in assessing technical landscapes, driving engineering transformation initiatives, and delivering enterprise-grade web solutions

.

Key Responsibilitie

s Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScrip

t Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and operational resilienc

e Assess existing systems, workflows, and engineering processes to identify optimization opportunitie

s Drive adoption of engineering best practices including

: • CI/C

D • DevOp

s • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE

) • Automation & Platform Engineerin

g Develop technology transition roadmaps and implementation strategie

s Provide technical consultation and recommendations to stakeholder

s Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation guide

s Support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and pilot implementation

s Collaborate across teams to share knowledge, tools, and engineering best practice

s Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence program

e 6+ years of software engineering experienc

e Strong hands-on experience with

: • React.j

t Experience building scalable and responsive web application

s Strong understanding of

n Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise implementation
