Responsibilities
- Liaise with customer on quality related matter.
- Constantly review quality performance data and drive quality improvements.
- Make or recommend disposition for MRB materials.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions resulting from product and process non-conformity issues.
- Conduct quality meeting to drive for continuous improvement.
- To prepare monthly quality and trend data to analyze quality performance and identify an action plan for quality improvement.
- Responsible to validate CAPA implementations and timely closure as per committed.
- Participate in customer/vendor audit and internal audit.
- Train QA inspectors to ensure the inspectors perform tasks in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
- To provide necessary product engineering support (review technical specification).
- To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree of Science/Chemical engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably candidates with at least 1-2 years of working experience, quality inspection related experience would be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written. (Both English and Bahasa Malaysia).
- Pleasant personality, proactive, analytical, problem-solving skills and able to multitask horizontally.
